Ice climbing is a sport which relies on the precarious balance of liquid and solid state of water. This means that the period which you can practice this sport outside is very short.
We will develop your ice climbing skills step by step, starting first with the fundamental exercises in a very secure environment. Whether a complete beginner or semi-professional we can help you learn new skills for you to enjoy your passion.
We run trial days open to everyone – even beginners – in which you can try this activity with fixed ropes from above, learning basic exercises and concepts on safety.
-WORKSHOPS
We also run workshops one day a weekend, where we’ll cover basics to advanced techniques. The weekend course will cover ice analysis and further technical skills to develop your knowledge.
We’ll concentrate on every individual student and cover all of the techniques required for safe ice climbing.
Places we’ve visited in the past include: Cogne, Kandersteg, Sottoguda, Frassiniers, Norway.
